Delivery may be delayed by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect address information, supply chain interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
Where permitted by applicable law, responsibility for the product transfers to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Clear Label is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store and provide the Services.
However, purchases and sales made through our store are transactions directly between you and Clear Label.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Clear Label and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety, legality, delivery, return, or refund of products purchased through our store.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not liable for claims, losses, injuries, or damage arising directly from your purchase or use of products sold by Clear Label.
